1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
- A valid credit card or payment is required to secure your booking
- Rates are quoted in USD and may include applicable taxes
- Special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 14:00 onwards
- Check-out time: by 11:00
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- Cancellations within 7 days: 50% of booking amount
- No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of booking amount
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
4. Payment
- We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash
- Full payment may be required at check-in
- Additional charges (room service, mini-bar) are payable at check-out
- All payments are processed in LKR or USD
5. Resort Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
- Pets allowed with prior approval (additional fees apply)
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property
6. Liability
Golden Brew Resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe. Travel insurance is recommended.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
